Gaga also twitpic'd a SUPER cute picture of herself rocking a Russian Rose Gold Vampire grill. She says the grill was an early birthday present from
The Haus of Gaga. The singer will be celebrating her 24th birthday on March 28th. Happy Early Birthday, Gaga!
