Looks like congratulations are in order for Cincinnati Bengals player, Chad Ochocinco & Basketball Wives star, Evelyn Lozada. According to TMZ:

"Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Chad proposed to Evelyn -- his GF of 4 months -- today in Cincinnati. She had flown in from Miami just yesterday to visit.

Alicia Keys Gives Birth To A Baby Boy

"(AP)  NEW YORK (AP) - It's a boy for Alicia Keys and her husband, music producer/rapper Swizz Beatz.

A representative for Keys said she gave birth Thursday night in New York. The couple have named their son Egypt Dean. It's the first child for the 29-year-old superstar and the fourth child for Beatz, whose real name is Kaseem Dean. The couple was married July 31.

Swizz Beatz, 31, took time to tweet on Friday: "I'm so thankful for everything I been blessed with in my life wowwwwww!

Singer Mary J. Blige also tweeted her congratulations on the birth."

Congrats to them!! For some odd reason, I'm extremely eager to see this baby's nose...

T.I. Going Back To Jail For 11 Months

Rapper T.I. was sentenced back to jail for 11 months today. Via CNN:

Rapper T.I. vowed to stop what he called "this ongoing process of destruction" Thursday, a day before he goes before a federal judge who could send him back to prison for a probation violation. "I'm tired. I'm wore out," T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris, told CNN's Don Lemon.
Harris was arrested on drug charges in Los Angeles, California, last month, triggering Friday's hearing in Atlanta, Georgia, which could end with the revocation of the rapper's probation on a federal weapon's conviction.
Although he could not talk about the facts of his case, Harris did speak personally about his regrets.
"The only thing that I can say, man, is that all people who have supported me, who were behind me, who believed in me, who were disappointed and were let down, I just offered my sincerest apologies, and I will dedicate my life no matter how long it takes to earn your trust back and to make you proud yet again," he said.
When Lemon asked the rapper if that meant he would "never again" get in trouble, he answered, "Absolutely."

R&B Singer Mario Arrested For Allegedly Attacking His Mother

...Smh. Via TMZ:

According to police, Mario's mother Shawntia Hardaway -- a former heroin addict -- told cops the former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant had been "throwing and damaging property" ... and pushed her around with his hands and forearms.


Cops say they found several broken items inside the apartment -- including a broken china cabinet, a busted mirror and a hole in the closet door.


Mario's mother also told police the 24-year-old singer had attacked her earlier in the week -- in which he pushed her "eight feet into a living room wall, where Ms. Hardaway hit her head on the wall."

Bruno Mars Arrested On Suspicion Of Drug Possession

...A talented artist gets caught in a judicial web because of drugs once again. Read on it below:

Singer and songwriter Bruno Mars was arrested on suspicion of narcotics possession early Sunday morning at the Hard Rock, Las Vegas police confirmed.

Sgt. John Sheahan said Mars, whose real name is Peter Hernandez, was arrested about 2:40 a.m. Sheahan said Hard Rock security confronted him in a bathroom and discovered him with narcotics.

Sheahan did not know Sunday afternoon what drug Mars possessed.

Mars has soared to popularity this year. He is known for singing and also for co-writing the hits 'Nothin' On You' by B.o.B, and 'Billionaire' by Travie McCoy. He also co-wrote 'Right Round' by Flo Rida.

On Saturday, Mars had tweeted his fans asking them to come watch him perform at the Hard Rock.

Welp, looks like ,yet another, Hollywood couple has called it quits. Christina Milian & The-Dream, who married on September 4th, 2009 and had their first child together February 26th, 2009, have officially separated. US Weekly released a statement from The-Dream that read:

"Terius 'The-Dream' Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful. The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet. Lebron James Joins Miami Heat + Dan Gilbert's Letter To Cavs Fans..

During his MUCH anticipated and over-hyped special on ESPN, Lebron James made "The Decision" to shut the NBA game down with Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and the Miami Heat. While many people are satisfied with Lebron joining the Heat, some had other hopes. One person who made it bluntly clear that they do NOT support Lebron's decision, is the owner of the Cleveland Caveliers, Dan Gilbert. Dan writes:

"...This shocking act of disloyalty from our home grown "chosen one" sends the exact opposite lesson of what we would want our children to learn. And "who" we would want them to grow-up to become.

But the good news is that this heartless and callous action can only serve as the antidote to the so-called "curse" on Cleveland, Ohio.

The self-declared former "King" will be taking the "curse" with him down south. And until he does "right" by Cleveland and Ohio, James (and the town where he plays) will unfortunately own this dreaded spell and bad karma..."

As some of you may know, there have been speculations floating around that Chris Brown's tearful performance of Michael Jackson's "Man In The Mirror" during his tribute to the King of Pop during the 2010 BET Awards was sponsored by "Artificial Tears." Well, Stephen Hill recently put those allegations to rest. He tells  All Hip Hop:

"The best thing about the awards was the audience, which we try so hard to please and entertain seemed to really enjoy the show. It had something for everyone. It had great surprises with El DeBarge and Chris Brown. Besides that being a great surprise, that really... I think the pressure of the year and the lyrics of that song really just resonated. And, as someone who was backstage, there was nothing fake about that. I think there is a US Weekly story today about like his bodyguard gave him something to induce tears. Its just not true. I've been around actors who cry and when you fake cry, you don't get...your throat doesn't get swollen like it does [when you cry for real]. When he was trying to sing, he couldn't get anything out. That's a hard thing to fake. I appreciate people wanting to create controversy, but this guy has gone though a lot this past year, let this emotion be what it is. Everybody comes to the moment where you gotta make that change"

Stephen Hill also speaks on rumors that Jay-Z & Beyonce skipped the show because of Chris Brown:

"They missed the awards, because...we have this conversation almost every year. And, some years we are really fortunate when Jay-Z and Beyonce are in the house and other times, they go on vacation. But I can absolutely say without reservation that there was no conversation at all around, "If Chris Brown's coming, I'm not coming." That's just false."

...Welp, there's that. I, for one, never understood why the "fake tears" thing was even a question to begin with. I mean, when was the last time you listened to "Man In The Mirror" and didn't shed a tear or two? All in all, I'm just glad that Stephen finally cleared the air. Maybe now CB can continue with his plans to come back and re-shut the game down.
